How to Compute Co-Curriculum Mark?
The system auto computes final total Co-Curriculum marks and grade based on the best two co-curriculum activities participated by students. Bonus marks will top up to final total marks only.
How System Compute Final Total Mark during Co-Cu Assessment Grading Process?
The system will auto compute final mark and grade for students based on marks input for each assessment elements. During assessment grading process, system will select the best two out 3 units or 4 units to compute final total mark. Bonus marks will top up to final total marks only. This information will be printed in certificate. Followings are the steps to follow:
Step 1 – Marks Input for all assessment elements

- Assessment ~ > Mark Input ~ > Achievement~ > By Student or Group~>Create
- Assessment ~ > Mark Input ~ > Bonus Mark~ >By Student or Group~>Create
- Assessment ~ > Mark Input ~ > Bonus Mark~ >Other Position Held
- Assessment ~ > Mark Input ~ > National Service~ >Programe
Step 2 – Mark Input Submission
To do this, please go to menubar link on Assessment ~ > Mark Input Confirmation ~ > Submission.
Step 3 – Perform Assessment Grading
The school user has to submit mark input for All co curricular units offered in school.
To do this, please go to menubar link on Assessment ~ > Assessment Grading. System will auto compute final mark and grade for students based on best 2 out of 3 units / 4 units.
Step 4 – Enquiry on Student Grade
To do this, please go to menubar link on Enquiry~>Student Grade Analysis~>Enquiry on Student Grade. This is to verify the student result before printing.
Step 5 – Print Certificate
To do this, please go to menubar link on
Forms & Reports ~> Co-curriculum Certificate~> Printing or Reprint
How to input student’s achievement marks?
Student shall be awarded with a maximum of 20 marks for his / her achievement in an activity. The higher the level of achievement and ranking, the higher marks shall be awarded. There are 2 options to input marks for the student’s achievement in activities:
1. Input Activity Achievement Marks By Student
This option allows user to select activity name and describe the competition for which the student achieved. Besides, user must indicate the level of achievement, ranking and its achievement date which are important for calculating student performance during assessment run.
2. Input Activity Achievement Marks By Group
This option allows user to select students (by level and class) who have achieved in a competition (Debate Competition) based on same achievement level (state level), ranking (champion) and its achievement date concurrently.
