Enhancement:
1. E-Report Card Module:
a)GPS analysis enhancement, add in format 2, to count GPS with different grading.
i) Enquiry-> Average Grade (GP)Analysis
Format 1 (Same Subject’s Exam Grading)
Format 2 (Subject’s SGP with different grading)
2. Basic Module
a) New class ranking rules, Result Status & Final Average 2.
Curriculum Mgmt ~> Opening Placement
b) Borneo marks input enhancement,
Opening Placement = Final Average
i)If student Absent the subject, they should put to the last ranking.
Only for subject that counted In Total Marks/GPA.
If Student absent on ‘Not Included In Total Marks/GPA’ subject, there should get normal position.
ii) If student Absent the overall show 0 Marks and gred U. It should show AB on Overall.
c) Get student transaction date as attendance counting start date after do produce class ranking or class result adjustment.
i)Exam Mgmt ~> Produce Class/Level Ranking
ii) Exam Mgmt ~> Class Result Adjustment
d) Add in subject overall grade in enquiry
Enquiry ~> General Result Enquiry
e) Student attendance count enhancement,.
i) Basic Module General Setting: Attendancen set to Invert Attendance Derivation
ii) Exam Schedule & Result Display Setting-> Create and Update
Exam end date
To use end date for all students cut off date.
Example 1: The Trial examination Year 11
The principal want to show attendance count 160/160 Days on the report card, to get this total count, the end date should put on 24/09/2025.
1st Quarter School term 50 days
2nd Quarter School term 41 days
3rd Quarter School term 54 days
4th Quarter School term 52 days
Total 197 days
Example 2:
The rest of the level total school days up to August 30 is 141/141. Is our term 3. Final term starts in September.
2. Library Module:
a)Member current borrowing enhancement,
-Added in Borrowing Date, Date return, and Penalty fee.
-Remove the level selection as compulsory selection

a) Leaving cert format 13 enhancement: Remove PT3 selection.

b)Add class to room booking feature, this is to avoid time clash with other program on the same date and time range.

4. Coco Module:
a) Premfield SEGAK ahievement marks range by level,
To create SEGAK achievement marks range according to level, when key in students marks records, the student’s segak record will get grade instantly.
General Parameter-> SEGAK SETUP-> Achievement Marks Range -> Create / Edit
b)Add new feature achievement creation by batch for PK coco role only.
Assessment -> Mark Input -> Achievement -> By Batch.
c) Add in ordering for social service parameter.
General Parameter -> Ektrakurikulum Setup-> Social Service -> Create / Edit
d) Add in social services creation by batch for PK role access.
e) To remove inactive teacher name (leaving / transfer) on Yearly Assessment report format 1.

f) Leaving cert format 6 and 7 enhancement
add in option to hide,

To allow user to export all students order by level and class then name.
if more than 2 activity, it should move to another rows
