Why System is deny during creation/editing student co-curriculum?

    There could be 2 possibility:-

1.Only the teacher who has been assigned to be in-charged of the Co-curriculum activity will allow to create student activity under his/her duty. However, there are 2 other conditions that will deny the access even though he / she had already been assigned to take charge of the activity:

The inputted student activity effective date range fall beyond your duty date range. For eg, if the effective date for the teacher in charge is from 03/01/2007 – 31/12/2007, he/she is not allowed to input the student activity with effective from 01/01/2007 – 31/12/2007.

    2. You are not responsible on the entered student activity session. For eg, if the teacher is charged for morning session activity, he / she is not allowed to input student activity for the afternoon session.

In order to verify the effective date and session for which the teacher in charge is being assigned, pls go to Enquiry~>Staff Activities
