How System Compute Final Total Mark during Co-Cu Assessment Grading Process?

The system will auto compute final mark and grade for students based on marks input for each assessment elements. During assessment grading process, system will select the best two out 3 units or 4 units to compute final total mark. Bonus marks will top up to final total marks only. This information will be printed in certificate. Followings are the steps to follow:

Step 1 – Marks Input for all assessment elements

1. Assessment ~ > Mark Input ~ > Participation/Involvement ~ > By Student or Group~>Create
2. Assessment ~ > Mark Input ~ > Achievement~ > By Student or Group~>Create
3. Assessment ~ > Mark Input ~ > Bonus Mark~ >By Student or Group~>Create
4. Assessment ~ > Mark Input ~ > Bonus Mark~ >Other Position Held
5. Assessment ~ > Mark Input ~ > National Service~ >Programe

Step 2 – Mark Input Submission

To do this, please go to menubar link on Assessment ~ > Mark Input Confirmation ~ > Submission.

Step 3 – Perform Assessment Grading

The school user has to submit mark input for All co curricular units offered in school.

To do this, please go to menubar link on Assessment ~ > Assessment Grading. System will auto compute final mark and grade for students based on best 2 out of 3 units / 4 units.

Step 4 – Enquiry on Student Grade

To do this, please go to menubar link on Enquiry~>Student Grade Analysis~>Enquiry on Student Grade. This is to verify the student result before printing.

Step 5 – Print Certificate
