Enhancement:
1. E-Report Card Module
a) Report card absent status enhancement.

For absent subject will use 1st language setting to print on report card.
Example in Malay will show TH, in English will show AB.

b) Add new role for performance remarks access right.

c) Report card weightage mark and grade description enhancement.

Parameter Setup->Subject Exam Setting -> Normal Exam

-Show Grade Description (add on report card Format 1)

d) Format 7 enhancement and SEGAK enhancement,

Added in signature for Principal Auto Sign and Principal Name on report card format 7.

a) Leaving Class Permission enhancement,

i) teacher role can choose any student (By class for leaving class permission)
ii) added student fields for teacher input student name.

b) Yearly assessment report and assessment summary report enhancement.

–Assessment Summary Report-> By Class/By Activity (Format 2)

-To hide (National Service Program )
-–Hide Parents or Guardian Signature
– To replace 0 to blank to those student not join activity group.
Example on uniform bodies group.

-To add in option to print Principal Name and Signature, on the right side.

c) Coco cert format 12 enhancement.

4.SMS Gateway Module:

a) Exam result parameter enhancement.

Parameter Setup-> General Setting (Exam Result)
System will do checking before sent the SMS, by order by level with 5 minutes to send SMS another level.
If Insufficient balance, the error log will generate a report.

b): Student attendance records balance checking enhancement

Updated the logic flow, Use count on (example 83 absentee) record and compare with current credit (1913), if the credit enough, sms will send out.

c) Add more criteria for SMS log filtering by date range and status.

d) Guardian letter notification enhancement, add in

Childrens Name and class:
