Enhancement:

1. Basic Module:

a) Add in new feature staff attendance

e-attendance module->
i) Attendance Parameter-> General Setting

-If staff Late assign to Late (UT) or Present (P) On General Setting

ii) Attendance Processing-> Process Latecomer Staff
-(Date must be less than today) to update staff attendance on basic module.

i) Staff Mgmt-> Daily Attendance ->

Marking manual attendance P, L, UA

ii) Enquiry -> Attendance Enquiry-> Monthly Staff Detail Attendance Analysis

c) Summary Monthly By Class Analysis enhancement, add in By Level, analysis count and percentage by Level.

d) APDM import enhancement, to import -No Telephone Rumah 1,2 (from APDM) to student’s Telephone No. and Alternate Phone No.
Student Mgmt-> Personal Record-> Create / Edit

e) Data export enhancement, to export student profile with one guardian.
Enquiry->Data Export -> Export SMS Profile To Text Format

f)
i) Student photos upload by batch enhancement, add in option to upload photo rename using student’s number or student’s IC.

ii) Add in photo resize to smaller size when user upload student’s photo upload by batch,

g) Leaving Cert format 10 and Testimonial format 8 enhancement

a) To print report card by level, only for E- Report Card (Admin) & E-Report Card (Exam Committee) role

i) Exam Mgmt ~> Quick Entry (Draft) ~> By Class

ii) Exam Mgmt ~> Performance Remark ~> Quick Entry (Draft)-> Subject Teacher

iii)Top student of public exam and marks input enhancement.

iv) Top student by public exam ranking by Average, Total Marks.

3. Library Module:

i) Add receipt no in listing.

add in checkbox to print more than 3 (Number of Student Activities)
i) Untick to “Has participated in 3 extra-curricular activities (ECA) with overall achievement.”
ii) Tick to “Has participated in 4 extra-curricular activities (ECA) with overall achievement.”

5) System Admin Module:
a) Staff change password enhancement,
i) To add in Guardian account password change at next login
ii) Add in selection for Forgot Password for Staff, Student & Guardian setting.

6) E-Attendance Module: Student latecomer summary enhancement.

To choose by level,do the sorting By Class then Student Name.
