SMS Release Version 4.1 Build 325 – 27 September 2017

Enhancement of 325 released as follows:

1. E-Report Card Module:
i) Add star display for book of read in report card.

How to show the NILAM (STAR) Grading system on report card format 1?

ii) HeadCount HC8 Report add in Year and Examination code labeling for Take off Value.
Head Count & Post Mortem -> Report -> HC-8 Student Overall Subject Target Listing By Student

2. System Admin Module: Allow multiple network cards applied.

3. Coco Module:
i)Added new feature of EKSTRAKURIKULUM Analysis
Enquiry -> EKSTRAKURIKULUM Analysis

ii) New feature for PK Coco role to create regular/sub-activity with attendance marking by batch in one submission process.
Activity Record -> Regular/Sub Activities -> Create By Batch

iii) Yearly Assessment Report Format 5 to exclude form 1 to 5 CGPA if Form 6 yearly assessment report selected,
Form & Report~>Assessment Summary Report~>By Class

4. Basic Module:
i)Added in the new format 2 for student ID landscape:
ID Card ~> Student ID Card

ii) Leaving cert format 9 enhancement, to get Co-curriculum Description and Achievement only if printing form 6 records.
Student Mgmt ~> Testimonial/Leaving/Graduation Cert ~> Preview Template & Printing

iii)Leaving cert format 11 enhancement, to add Name in other language and place on the next to student name
