SMS Release Version 4.1 Build 319 – 25 November 2016

Enhancement of 319 as following:

1. Coco Module:

a) Add student status (/leaving school) option for participation/Membership Statistic By Race,
Form & Report -> Participation Statistic By Race.

b) Exclude CGPA of form 6 student in Overall CGPA Analysis and new rule of social services by amconvent
i)Forms & Report ~ > Overall CGPA Analysis

ii) General Parameter -> General Setting

iii)Input social service by activity teacher,
EKSTRAKURIKULUM – Social Services (Marks setting)
Assessment -> Input Marks -> EKSTRAKUKIKULUM -> Social Services & Nilam Program & TIMSS and PISA
c)Exclude form 6 CGPA computation in general setting,
General Parameter -> General Setting

If ‘Exclude Form 6 From CGPA Computation’ choose to ‘Yes’ the system will count only ‘GPA’ as ‘CGPA’ for lower 6 and upper 6.

d) Add new feature to list out those students without commitment record.

e) Enquiry~>Winners

i) Add in achievement / involvement records of student’s credit transfer on winner list.
ii) Add involvement records in winner list

f) Upgrade student coco final maximum mark to from 100 to 110.
General Parameter -> Grade System Setup -> Edit

g) Add edit feature to commitment & contribution services and social service.
Assessment -> Marks Input ->Commitment and Contribution Services -> By Class

h) Display additional duties which are group in bonus of PAJSK report format 5,
Form & Report -> Yearly Assessment Report -> PAJSK (Format 5).

i) Coco Module: add segak printing menubar for teacher role.
Form & Report~> SEGAK Printing

j) Add in transferred additional duties as bonus.

k) SEGAK physical test score not allowed blank.

l): Display all bonus recors in PAJSK format 5 if set to total marks in general setting.

2. Basic Module:
a) Remove bold for testimonial 5 School’s Stamp labeling.

b) Provide print feature for class student photo printing.

c). Basic Module: Add optional academic performance printing in testimonial format 8.

d). Basic Module: Small features enhancement on Principal Workplace

– Re-arrange ‘Examination Schedules’
By level > Exam Date.

e) Add in password view feature, scroll to top feature, change ‘favicon’.

f) Open class monitor for basic teacher role only for (Class teacher).
