How to create / assign House Captain and Committees?

Followings are the illustrated steps on how to assign house captain and committess. For create activity and position to  student as a house captain or committees, shall follow the following steps:

Step 1: Create the activity description for eg. “Blue House”
On Co-curriculum  Assessment module,  please go to the General Parameter~>Activity Description~>Create.

Step 2: Create role for example, “committee”, “President”, “house captain” and link the role with activity description.
i) On Co-curriculum  Assessment module, please  go to the General Parameter->Student Activity->Position->Create

ii) On  Co-curriculum  Assessment module,  please go to menu bar General Parameter->Student Activity->Link Position to Activity for link student activity with position

Step 3: i)  Using Admin role, create House group for example, blue house or green house, please go to menu bar House Mgmt->House->Create

ii) Assigned Student Group, please go to menu bar House Mgmt->Selection Process for setup house group according to last 3 till 1 digit of the student number.

iii) Assigned Student’s House, please got to menu bar House Mgmt->View Selection List for save house group that been setup on selection proses.

Or
Create activity by student or class for activity teacher and class teacher.
Step 3: Using teacher in charge (Blue house), class teacher co-curriculum admin, user able to assigned students with any role, eg house captain

i) On Co-curriculum  Assessment module, on  menu bar please go to the Activity ~> Student Activity ~> By Student~>Create

ii)On  Co-curriculum Assessment module, on the menu bar please go to the Activity ~> Student Activity ~>By Class~> Create
