Enhancement

1. E-Attendance Module:
i) Remove the door access card number at the end of staff name.

2. Coco Module:
a)Display two decimal digit of enquiry info:

Enquiry -> Student Activity Grade Analysis ->

i) Enquiry On Student Grade

ii) Top Student By Catagory

iii) Top Student By Activity

iv) Students Assesment Grade Analysis

b). Enhance for default ticked of commitment & contribution services by class/by activity.
I) Assessment -> Marks Input ->Commitment and Contribution Services -> By Class.

II) Assessment -> Marks Input ->Commitment and Contribution Services -> By Activity

c). SEGAK height and weight extend to max six characters, including decimal point.

d). Add indicator for involvement and achievement group creation
i) Assessment~>Marks Input~>Participant/Involvement~>By Group~>Create.

ii) Assessment~>Marks Input~>Achievement~>By Group~>Create

3. E-report Card:
a). E-Report Card Module: Add principal auto signature to e-report card format 1.
Parameter Setup ~> Exam Schedule ~> School Exam ~> Create & Update

b). E-Report Card Module: Add student’s class info for HC4
Head Count and Post Mortem -> Report -> HC – 4 Student Overall Target Listing

4. Basic Module:

a).Door access card for library member ID which is allowed refno duplicate between staff and student.
Student Mgmt ~> Personal Record ~> Create

b). Add “Activity & Grade” for report card printing.
To provide an additional column “Extra Co curricular Activities ” at primary student report card which display student Activity & Grade.

I) To activate “Activity & Grade”, go to E-Report Card Module ~ > Parameter Setup ~> Exam Schedule ~ >
Result & Exam Display Setting ~ > School Exam ~ > Create & Update

Tick”Activity & Grade”.

II) Basic Module ~ > Student Mgmt ~ > Activity & Grade
