Enhancement
1. Basic Module :
I) IDME enhancement,
a) (For support team use)

To add in filtering students leaving status (leaving, transfer school & graduate).
2. E-report card
a) New student attendance count on report card
Invert attendance count (Basic Module General setting)
All student’s s attendance count using student’s register date to exam end date. Invert attendance count.
i) Exam Mgmt-> Normal Exam -> Produce Class/Level Ranking
ii) Exam Mgmt-> Normal Exam -> Class Result Adjustment (Attendance)
b) Exam copy function enhancement,
Replace “Record Already Exists.” to “exam records” . This may help the user to view the exam schedule records
Parameter Setup-> Exam Schedule & Result Display Setting-> Copy Exam Setting -> By Year.
c) Report card format 4 enhancement,
Added class teacher name below signature line on report card format 4.

d) GPK enhancement, for form 6 analysis
i) to add in
total Lulus Sebahagian, %

Missing Bibliographic Item
This will report those book items which are available in the system but physically not found / scanned.
Add option checkbox to update as lost.

Added in analysis by Material type.

4. Coco Module :
a)Commitment and contribution services enhancement
Remove form 6 selection, because form 6 don’t have this assessment.
Assessment-> Marks Input -> Commitment & Contribution Service-> By Batch
b)Add new option to hide the activity.
i).General Parameter-> Activity Description -> Edit
To add in checkbox to hide the activity selection and apply to this page as below:
a) Activity Record -> Staff -> Create / Edit
(for existing staff’s activity record it only show the record, (no editing))

5. E-Attendance Module:
a) Staff attendance edit page, For support staff, add in *attendance Record Create Date* This is for help support staff to change the wrong transaction date.

b) Student’s Door access card creation enhancement, to sorting student without card on the 1st
Attendance Parameter->Student Access Card ->Create
i) To do filtering to show student without access card on top, and existing at bottom.
ii) Add in ordering by class then Name if choose by level.

a) Added in non Subscriber name list.
