Enhancement:
1. Basic Module:

a) Student data export enhancement, to exclude leaving student name on export file.
Enquiry -> Data Export-> Export Export To CSV format

b)Add in TIN number for guardian and print in fees receipt

i) Add in general Setting TIN Number for Guardian, to be on input page on student profile

School Mgmt ~> General Setting

ii) Student Mgmt->Personal Record->Create/Edit/Delete

iii) Student Mgmt->Guardian Info->Create/edit/Delete
Key in TIN Number of the student’s guardian, the TIN number will be print on the Invoice (Fee module).

c) APDM import enhancement,
School Mgmt-> Data Import to APDM

-Overwrite Existing Value (Yes)
To skip update, if the student record on EDMS is Deleted, transfer, leaving school. If the user want to use back the record, they use reinstate page.

d) HEM Report enhancement.

Enquiry-> Class Information-> HEM Register Report.

e) Add in Return Status for the book been return, this is easy for user identify the return or book on loan.

a) Library book call no searching enhancement.

Add in input field on call number search, to get all record list using call-number.

b) Member clock in data export

on History
add in export function for daily clock in.

c) Library bibliography export enhancement,

i)card format 8 grading footer enhancement.

ii)Report card format 8 & ( Add in Head name (drop down) for teacher choose on printing report card.

The record will use
-Head of Primary name for (Y1-Y6)
-Head of Secondary name for (Y7-Y11)

This will keep as record for next printing.
iii) Add in home teacher(Class teacher) name under the signature on report card.

iv) Report card format 9 enhancement,
Add in home teacher name on report card.

v) Report card format 7 enhancement

i) Show W’tage Score example 30/50 Good
ii) Remove the Grade to be print on report card
iii)Show Grade Description , This need to show on report card

b) Exam grade setup enhancement, add in option to use headcount grading and normal exam grading.

f) Add general setting option to allow or limit access of class and level rank for teacher role.

E-Report Card (Teacher) role allowed to view level & class rank
Choose Yes to allow Teacher to view class and level ranking on result enquiry.
