1. E-Report Card Module:

a) GPK A penuh enhancement.
Count problom found on A penuh when use count using student enrollment, replace to subject marks on input for anlysis.

Enquiry ~> Average Grade (GP) Analysis ~ > GPK

b) To choose Result Satus or Grade Description for on report card format 1 and 6,
Parameter Setup ->Exam Schedule & Result Display Setting -> Create and Update

c) Report card format 8 enhancement and performance remark, allowed 0 on student attendance.
Exam Mgmt ~> Student Performance Remark ~> By Student

d) Report card format 8 enhancement,
Adjustment on report card layout, report card must print in 1 page.

e) Report card format 6 enhancement,
To allow user to choose exam grading before printing report card.

Exam Mgmt ~> Print~> Report Card/Result Slip

f) Add PBD in report card format 1.
Allow user to choose PBD to show on combine exam and final exam on report card format 1

Parameter Setup->Exam Schedule & Result display setting-> Create and Update

g) Parameter Setup->Exam Schedule & Result Display Setting->Copy Exam Schedule-> By Year

To copy Nilam grade table from the previous year, with examination shedule.

f) Report card formta 1 gantung sekolah enhancement,
To print suspent record on repord card.
Gantung Sekolah: 1) 07/05/24 -09/05/24  2) 07/05/24 -09/05/24 (3) 07/05/24 -09/05/24

Parameter Setup ~> Exam Schedule ~> School Exam ~> Create & Update

2. E-Attendance Card Module:

a) Add general setting for staff late/absent reason editable reason input.

Attendance parameter ~ > General Setting.

b) Staff late/absent reason parameterize.

Attendance Parameter -> Parameter Setup-> Late/Absent Reason Setup ->Create /Edit /Delete.

c) Staff attendance reason update enhancement.
i) E-Attendance (Teacher)

-Add in Date range for key in reason (By Staff)
-Add in late/absent reason selection listing.

Update attendance record-> Late / Mia Reason

ii) E-Attendance (Admin)
Late/Absent reason -> Staff Late Absent Reason Approval

-By Staff, if the staff status is Absent(Afternoon), allow to choose.

-Official Trip
-On Course
-On Leave

3. Coco Module:

a) Student activity by class and by activity enhancement.
Remove end date control on Lower 6 Clases and allow user key in end date earlier.

i) Activity ~> Student Activity ~>By Class~> Create

ii) Activity Record-> Student -> By Activity

b)Yearly assessment report format 2 enhancement,
Change the word “chop” to “stamp”

c) Coco cert format 13 enhancement.

To print the position and name on leaving coco certificate.

d) Assessment Summary Report Format 3 enhancement
To print current activity teacher name that still in system.
