SMS Release Version 4.1 Build 323 – 03 July 2017

Enhancement of 323 release as follows:

Enhancement:
1. Library Module:
i) Add in delete book by single book.
Bibliographic ~> Bibliographic Record ~> Delete

ii)Add in Overdue Fine Discount in enquiry and Added in (Amt Dis) column for (Overdue Fine Discount) action in library history enquiry.
Enquiry->  Member Fee History

iii)To Exclude special and the public holiday of books overdue fine.
Library Mgmt ~> General Setting

2. E-Report Card Module:
i)Add in truancy day and discipline remarks in SMJK Phor Tay report card.
Exam Mgmt ~>Data Input ~> Truancy Day.

ii) Average grade analysis (GPK) by subjects.
Enquiry ~> Average Grade (GP) Analysis ~ > GPK

iii) Add new option for setup subject mark below X mark show red color.
Parameter Setup -> General Setting -Exam

3. Student Discipline
i)  Add new option to control discipline current point display, include e-report card.
Parameter ~> General Setting

4.Coco Module:
i) Add “Project” menubar for Setiausaha
Marks Input -> Form 6 Project -> Create

5. Basic Module:
i) Add in control for Basic teacher role not allow to click return all the book of text book on loan.
Student Mgmt ~ > Textbook on Loan ~ > Return by Barcode

ii)Add new leaving cert, testimonial and graduation list for SMJK Phor Tay, please refer ticket
