SMS Release Version 4.1 build 310 – 17th March 2015

Enhancement:

1. Basic Module: We’d enhance the feature as following:

i) Add 5 empty rows for class information printing.
Enquiry ~> Class Information ~> Class Teacher and Students

ii) Add new function of Student’s Monthly Attendance Analysis
Enquiry-> Attendance Enquiry -> Summary – Monthly By Class Analysis

iii) Remove student change class default date to avoid user always forgot to key in accurate date.
a) Student Mgmt ~> Change Class ~> Single Student

b) Student Mgmt ~> Change Class ~> Multiple Student

2. E-Report Card Module: We’d enhance the feature as following:

i) Exclude subject in GPS/GPK analysis
R-Report Card -> Parameter Setup -> Subject Exam Setting -> Normal Exam / Final Exam.

ii) Add full label for Average Grade Report as following

a) Enquiry ~> Average Grade (GP) Analysis ~ > GPMP.

b) E-report Card -> Enquiry -> Average Grade (GP) Analysis ->GPK

C) E-report Card -> Enquiry -> Average Grade (GP) Analysis -> GPS

3. Co-curriculum Assessment Module: We’d enhance the feature as following:

i) Add more information for Winner listing and add option to include/exclude leaving student status on Student Assessment Grade Analysis.

ii) To include/ exclude leaving students for coco module grade analysis.
Enquiry —> Overall GPS Analysis

4. Student Fees Module: We’d enhance the feature as following:

i) Directly print in plain text of “Daily Collection Report”,
Enquiry ~> Daily Collection Report.
