SMS Release Version 4.1 build 301 – 18th March 2013

Release Note:

1.Basic Module: We’d enhance the feature as following:
a) Enquiry-> Attendance Enquiry ~> Student Attendance Notification Letter ~> Reprint.
Add delete function for reprint new Absentee Notification Letter.

b)Enquiry ~ > Student Information ~ > (Report card tab)
To show Student’s Public Exam result on Report card tab.

c) Enquiry ~ > Without infor Alert ~ > Student Profile
Add hand phone in “Without Infor Alert” function

2. E-attendance: We’d enhance the feature as following:
a) Enquiry ->Staff Attendance->Staff Daily Transaction
Add number to Staff Daily Transaction for printing.

3. SMS Gateway: We’d enhance the feature as following:
a) Subsciber Mgmt -> Student.
Use academic date as default date for subscriber’s start/end date.

b) Parameter Setup ->General Setting
Add option for SMS “header (recipient) and footer(sender) included or exclude when broadcasting SMS.

c) Message Template -> Template Builder
Provide Unicode format option, when sending Multilanguage content

4. E-report Card: We’d enhance the feature as following:
a) Head Count and Post Mortem -> General Setting
Add new rule called BTP (new calculation of TOV and ETR) and add head count baseline (head count grading system),

b) Head Count and Post Mortem -> Report -> HC7
Add new report called, HC7-GPMP By Level

c) E-Report Card-> Public Exam -> Input By Class
Remove compulsory fields of Candidate Index No. and Result in E-Report Card Module when insert student’s result.
