SMS Release Version 4.1 build 300 – 06th December 2012

Release Note:

1. Basic Module : We’d enhance the feature as following:

a) School Mgmt ~> School Profile ~> Edit 

Add principal signature in school profile on:
i) Assessment Summary Reports (Format 2)
ii) Co-curriculum Cert (Format 1&3).

b) Student Mgmt -> Testimonial/Leaving Cert -> Preview Template & Printing
Add principal name under principal signature of Leaving Cert Format 1.

c) EDMS Footer: Change copyright from Perridot Sdn. Bhd. to Emastech Sdn. Bhd. in page footer.

2. E-report Card Module : We’d enhance the feature as following:
a) Parameter ~ > Exam Schedule & Result Display Setting ~ > School Exam ~ > Create & Update

i) To display or hide “Conduct” on Report card format 1 base on examination scheludle setting.
ii) To display or hide “Number of Book Read” on Report card format 1 base on examination scheludle setting.

b) Enquiry ~ > General Result Enquiry
The combination exam for inactive student to excluded from level ranking.

3. Co-curriculum Assessment Module: We’d Chance the feacture as following:

a) Form & Report -> Assessment Summarry Report ->
To break down third language on Assessment Summary Report (Format 1, 2 and 3).

b) Enquiry -> Student – Co-curriculum Assessment Activity
Optimize code of Student Co-curriculum Assessment Activity because it take time to export and some school may experienced “Network time out” message.
4. SMS Gateway: We’d Chance the feacture as following;

a) Subscriber Mgmt -> Student Subscriber Rollover
To rollover the active subscriber and students group to new academic year.
