SMS Release Version 4.1 Build 298 – 04 September 2012

Release Note:

1.Student Discipline Module : We’d enhance the feature as following:

a) Parameter ~> General Setting
Add option to Display Conduct Type by current or cumulative point on Report Card -SMS/SME/001 (Format 1)

2. SMS Gateway : We’d enhance the feature as following:
a) Enquiry -> Gateway Log ->
Add in date and time info of SMS sent to subscriber.

b) Enquiry -> Analysis Message Usage (Student)
Add in date and time info of SMS sent to subscriber, analysis student message usage by level.

c) Enquiry -> Gateway Report -> By Recipient (Staff)
Gateway report by recipient – Detail enquiry screen for admin role will display SMS content received by subscriber .

d) Broadcast -> Staff / Student
On SMS broadcast, user will be display remaining characters during insert message.

3. E-attendance: We’d enhance the feature as following:
a) Attendance Parameter -> Student Access Card -> Create
Add in function to input student’s access card by barcode scanner.

4. Co-curriculum Assesment Module: We’d enhance the feature as following:
a) Enquiry -> Student Activity Grade Analysis -> Student Assessment Grade Analysis
Add class detail of Student Assessment Grade Analysis if enquiry mode is By Level

b)  Form & Report~> Co-curriculum Certificate~> Printing
i) Format 2
Allowed User to change student’s 0.00 marks that originally taken from system if required on Co-co Marks.

ii) Format 3
Allowed User to change student’s 0.00 marks that originally taken from system if required (Marks for Uniform Bodies,  Club and Society, Sport and Games, and Bonus Mark). 

5. Basic Module: We’d enhance the feature as following:

a) Add in new testimonial
i) Format 9
ii) Format 10

b) Add in new leaving certificate
i) Format 12
ii) Format 13
