Release Note

1. On SMS Basic Module, we’d enhanced the features as following:-

a. Student Mgmt ~ > Student Personal Record ~ > Create/Edit
We’d provide a control to indicated note to user to put space after every semicolon via student profile alternative email creation.

For example single email:
xxx@email1.com.my; follow by single space.

Multiple email:
XXX@email1.com.my; XXX@email2.com.my; XXX@email.com.my;

 b. Enquiry ~ > Class Information ~ > Class Teacher & Student
We’d include additional student IC no as Print Student List under basic enquiry class information.

c. Enquiry ~> Student Health  Record ~ > Export Student Health
i) We’d provide to Export student general health data records by class in CSV spreadsheet format.

ii) We’d include student number to student health CSV export
 

2. On Co-curriculum Assessment Module, we’d enhanced the features as following:-

a. Enquiry~> Involvement & Achievement Credit Transfer
We’d include enquiry credit transfer reports, on this report it will display student’s involvement & achievement assessment mark and also activities which awarded highest marks from credit transfer entries.

b. Activity Description ->Create/Edit/Delete
Add in Morning/Afternoon/Night session, this function to control user create Staff and student activity session been offered.

c. Activity ~> Staff Activity ~> Create/Edit
We’d provide an control at activity description to allow user to choose either what session to be using for creating student activity, activity schedule, assessment mark input and enquiry.

d. Activity ~> Student Activity ~> Create/Edit
We’d provide an control at activity description to allow user to choose either what session to be using for creating student activity, activity schedule, assessment mark input and enquiry.

3. On E-Report Card Module, we’d enhanced the features as following:-

a) We’d add new function/option with post exam=>mark input by student, for those absent students within reason.
FAQ: How to enable user to enter subject marks for student who is absent after post exam?

b) Grading System Setup->Body Mass Index Setup-> Create /Edit
We’d add in BMI calculate by gender & age.

4. On Student Discipline Module, we’d enhanced the features as following:-

a) Enquiry ~ > Student Merit/Demerit Marks & Grade
We’d provide option enquiry report to display any one of merit, demerit or both on grade analysis report as on general setting setup.
