How do i control teacher to create student activity by session?

The EDMS’s Co cu Activity have added in session control (Morning, Afternoon, Night) for the activity offered to the students and teachers. The reason to add this control is to prevent teacher in charge wrongly select the activity session during creating student’s or staff’s activity.

To setup this function please follow the step as below:

Step 1:
Setup the co-curriculum activity description.

Please go to Co-curriculum Assessment->General Parameter->Activity Description-> Create or Edit

Step 2:
Create the staff’s or student’s activity record.
