Release Note

1. On SMS Co – Cu Assessment Module, we’d enhanced the features as following:-

a. Assessment ~ > Credit Transfer, this is a new features which enable you to enter the participation/involvement marks to the selected Activity Group. Upon processing the Credit transfer grading process, system shall auto transfer the participation/involvement Marks to be credited into the same activity group that students joined with the highest mark awarded based on the total marks or highest marks on student activity position + attendance.

b. Assessment ~ > Assessment Grading, we’d provide a control to avoid multiple users run grading process at the same time, to prevent server running heavier.

c. Forms & Report ~ > Assessment Summary Report ~ > Format 3, include Form Name, Header 1 and School Name options as selection for user on printing.

2. On SMS E – Report Card Module, we’d enhanced the features as following:-

a. Enquiry ~ > Average Grade (GP) Analysis ~ > GPS, enable to provide the calculation to include GPT (Grade Purata Tingkatan) for lower secondary, Upper secondary & T6.

b. SAP ~ > SAP Data Export, added T4, T5 level data export for SAP Report.

c. Exam Parameter ~ > Class Ranking Scheduling, user is now able to schedule the Class Ranking process as a cron Job, system will validate the class ranking date/time scheduled for user to determine the class ranking process auto run successfully.
