SMS Release Version 4.1 Build 287 – 1st Feb 2011

Release Note

1. On SMS Basic Module, we’d enhanced the features as following:

a. Student Mgmt ~ > Personal Records ~ > Create, add new field “Alternate Email” on student profile.

2. On SMS Co cu Assessment Module, we’d enhanced the features as following:

a. Assessment–>Marks Input–>Bonus Marks–>Other Position Held from Additional Duties, new features introduce to ease user for entering bonus marks on other position held by extracting those students who joined in any co-co activities related to Co-Co Type – Additional Duties ONLY and add the position mark to be one of bonus.

b. Enquiry ~ > Student Activity Grade Analysis ~ > Student Final Grade (GPA & CGPA) Analysis, System is enhanced to amend the Student Final Grade (CGPA) Analysis by adding GPA column with marks on every year selected. The report shall provide the option to display GPA/CGPA marks in 100% or 10& value at selectable criteria.

c. Forms & Report ~ > Co-curriculum Certificate~> Printing ~ > Format 3, new New Co-curriculum certificate release as MOE requirement.

d. Enquiry ~ > Student – Number of Activity, This option used for to provide user inquiry the number of activities joined by a student(s) and filter by ONE selected activity type which is Uniform Group, Club and Society, Sport and Games.

e. Forms & Report ~ > Overall CGPA Analysis, System is enhanced to provide a reports to compute the overall CGPA value for individual activity, Activities type and also for entire school.

f. Enquiry ~ > Overall GPS Analysis, System is enhanced to an enquiry report on calculation for Computation GPS based on each Co-Curriculum of activities type in order to display the performance of each Activities Type and finally provided overall performance of activities curriculum combined for entire school.

3. On SMS E – Attendance Module, we’d enhanced the features as following:

a. Attendance Parameter ~ > Card Info Download to client, To rename photo based on card number to settle issue of photo being change when a single record is being exported.
