Release Note

1. On SMS Co-curriculum Assessment Module, we’d enhanced the features as following:

a)  Form & Reports-> Co-curriculum Certificate->Printing, System is enhanced to print 2 decimal places for co-curriculum marks and GPA marks on Co-curriculum Certificate format 2.

b) Assessment ~> Marks/Grade Adjustment, System to control to keep manually adjusted CGPA, GPA and marks for student not in school for the processing year when re-run Assessment Grading process.

c) Form & Reports-> Co-curriculum Certificate->Printing, System is amend to Add 2 new reports format which is Yearly Assessment report Format 2 & Assessment Summaries Reports Format 3.

d) Form & Report~> Co-curriculum Certificate~> Printing, We’d provide common setup to enable user to add setting to print signature description for Co-curriculum format 1 in general parameter setting.

2) On SMS E-attendance Module, we’d enhanced the features as following:

a) Personal Admin ~ > Training Schedule/Official Duty Schedule/Leave Application and Training Reports, System to enhance by include “Basic Admin” on the approval drop down list where the ‘Principal’ is not maintain at the school profile.

3) On SMS E-Report Card Module ~ > Print ~ > Report Card/Result Slips, System is enhanced to shown leaving student with icon on the report card printing page.
