Release Note

1. On SMS Basic Module, we’d enhanced the features as following:-

a. WorkPlace ~ > Staff Late, System is enhanced by add in Staff late count and links to access later comer enquiry on principal desktop.

b. Student mgmt ~ > Leaving Cert/testimonial ~ > Preview Template & Printing, introduce new format of school leaving cert & testimonial which special customized for SMJK Heng Ee. Pls refer to FAQ links as below for installation and set up guide for the specific font type to be use for the customized certificate.

2. On SMS Co-curriculum Assessment Module, we’d enhanced the features as following:-

a. Forms & Report ~ > co-curriculum Assessment Cert ~ > Print ~ > Format 2, to change the co-cu marks fields to include bonus marks i.e marks from special award and other position held.

b. Assessment ~ > Mark input ~ > Achievement/Participate & Involvement ~ > By Student/Group, to standardize competition name to max input of 100 characters when input via participate/involvement/achievement marks input by student/Group option.

c. Enquiry ~ > Student Activity Grade Analysis ~ > Top Student Activities, to add in [Session] as a new search criteria for Student Activity Grade Analysis – Top Student enquiry.
