Release Note

1. On Basic Module, we’d enhance the features as following:-

a. Timetable Mgmt ~ > Import & Export 3rd party timetable ~ > ASC ~ > Import Timetable, system have been enhance to cater for aSc timetable import from aSc Timetable Version 2009.

b. School Mgmt ~ > News & Announcement ~ > Create,  Incorporate Web 2.0 RSS XML Feed option for latest school news and announcement subscription. with this features builds, system allow schools to embed news or announcement feed from iSchool SMS into ASP Portal.  As such, it will illuminate double posting on school news or announcement.

2. On Co – Curriculum Assessment module, we’d enhance the features as following:-

a. Enquiry ~ > Student without activity listing, New inquiry option for student list who did not participate in any co-curriculum activities. This enquiry is to display the student that not join any of  “Uniform Group”, “Club and Society”, “Sport and Games” and “Additional Duties”.

b. Enquiry ~ > Staff Activities, To add new filtering criteria of [Activity Session] on Staff Activities Enquiry Process.

c. Form & Report ~> Assessment Summary Report, system is enhanced to remove print control for blank assessment summary report printing.  In other words, system shall allow printing of Assessment Summary Report for students who did not join any co-curriculum activities.

d. Form & Report ~ > Co-curriculum Cert ~ > Printing, New format of Co-Curriculum Certificate format 2.

e. Assessment ~ > Mark & Grade Adjustment, to allow previous year co-curriculum assessment GPA and CGPA input for new transfer in student.

3. Headcount & Post Moterm ~ > TOV & ETR Adjustment, we’d enhance the features to allow user to manipulate TOV & ETR value from selected academic year student list.
