Release Note

1. On Basic Module, we’ve enhanced the features as following:-

(a) Curriculum Mgmt ~ > Class Details, System is enhanced to remove mandatory validation for [Class Teacher] input field on Class Detail Creation and Auto Copy function.
(b) Curriculum Mgmt ~ > Copy class from previous year, this is to display classes without form teacher assignment statistic link on School Admin’s task list desktop for monitoring purposes.

2. On Co – curriculum assessment module, we’ve enhanced the features as following:-

(a). Activity Record ~ > Regular/Su-Activity, System is enhanced to incorporate AJAX routine on Co-Curriculum Activity drop down option extraction for Activity Attendance page and Regular Sub Activity Setup page.
(b). Form & Report ~ > Co-Curriculum Certificate ~ > Printing, we’d enhanced the system to add [Maximum Print Count] option for each print categories on Co-Curriculum Certificate print page. System will print the maximum number of record count according to selected print count. The printed record shall be sorted by position among the co-curriculum activity sub lists. In order words, the highest position from the co-curriculum activity sub lists shall first be swapped until the end of the data set.
(c). Form & Report ~ > Co-Curriculum Certificate ~ > Printing, we’d modified the system to allow printing of co-curriculum certificate with achievement record only (i.e. without any co-curriculum categories selected).
(d). Activity Record ~ > Student ~ > Student Activity Rollover, New option to rollover student co-curriculum activities to new academic year by each activity.

3. On e – Report card module, we’ve enhanced the features as following:-

(a). Enquiry ~ > Result Analysis – By Line Graph, System is enhanced to discontinuous exam mark data display on Subject Performance Line Graph Analysis.  School requested to display discontinuous line chart if student didn’t sit on a particular exam instead of 0 value.
(b). Exam Mgmt ~ > Print ~ > Report Card/Result Slip, This is a new report card print criteria of [Maximum Co-Curriculum Record Print Count].  System shall limit the number of co-curriculum record count printed on record card according to selected print count.

4. On Teaching Plan module, we’ve enhanced the features as following:-

(a). Curriculum Framework ~> Master Framework/Teacher Framework, System is allowed teacher to customize personal curriculum framework after copying from school admin/panitia’s curriculum framework. Teachers can now either create their own curriculum framework OR beam the pre-created framework by admin/subject panitia then modify the framework to be their own copy. Then system will revamped teaching plan builder desktop with calendar icon and Current Week hyperlink link.
(b). Teaching Record Book -> Teaching Record Book, this is to reload teaching plan desktop by writing date upon teaching plan record submission and default teaching plan desktop on current action date instead of system date.

6. Library Mgmt ~ > Bibliographic ~ > Bibliographic Records ~ > Create, System is enhanced to incorporate MARC21 export format at Bibliographic detail export process.  MARC formats (Machine-Readable Cataloging) are standards for the representation and communication of bibliographic and related information in machine-readable form, and related documentation.

7. System Administration ~ > Database Mgmt Module ~ > Database Achieve Download, this is a new option to allow user download scheduled daily database backup file for offside storage.
