How to limit number of co-co activities records to be printed in e-Report card (Format 1)?.

In order to prevent a lengthy report card printed especially due to many co-curriculum activities participated by the student in a particular academic year, we’d incorporated a print criteria ie [Maximum Co-Curriculum Record Print Count] for user to select the number of co-curriculum record counts to be printed. This enhancement is applicable for Report Card – Format 1 ONLY.

Please take note that only co-curriculum activities participated in the selected academic year will be printed in the report card. The co-curriculum activities records printed are in columnized format, sorted by activity type (ie Uniformed Group; Clubs and Society; and Sports and Games). Instead of printing all the co-curriculum activities participated by student in the report card, option is provided for user to select a maximum of 5 activties per activity type to be printed in report card, ordered by position with highest position ranking printed first and followed by the next highest rank and so on. Example, if the co-curriculum record print count is selected as 3, a maximum of 3 activities per activity type shall be printed and ordered by position ranking. In the event whereby the position ranking is the same, the next ordering is by co-curriculum description which is in alphabetical order.

Followings are the illustrated example on how to limit number of co-curriculum activities records to be printed in report card.
