My school limits the student placement for each class, what should I do?

Setting up opening placement is a compulsory step for user to indicate the number of students to be accepted into each level and class for the new academic year. To set up the limit of student placement for each level and class, please click on the link Curriculum Mgmt ~> Opening Placement for details.

During subject enrolment, user is able to view the number of places being taken and places available for a particular class via Timetable Mgmt ~> Enrolment ~> By Subject. However, the total number of students enrolled can still be more than the accepted places for each level or class.
