How do I offer levels for new academic year?

Once the new academic year is set up, user can proceed to offer levels for new academic year. There are 2 options provided for offering the levels for new academic year, namely

1.  Copy Previous Year

If all the previous year’s levels are offered for new academic year, you can copy the level offered from previous year to new academic year. To do it, please click on the link Curriculum Mgmt ~> Level Details ~> Copy Previous year for details.

2. Level Offered

If your school offers new level eg Form Six, you can use Level Offered option to offer new level manually.  To do it, please click on the link Curriculum Mgmt ~> Level Details ~> Level Offer for details. Before offering new level, please make sure the Exam Grading System for new level is already defined.

To speed up the level offered process, we would recommend school user to copy all the level offered from previous year to new academic year first and thereafter offer the new level(s) manually.
