Besides offering all the previous year’s subjects, my school also offers new subject in new academic year, what should I do?

Once the new academic year is set up and levels are offered, user can proceed to offer subjects for new academic year. There are 2 options provided for offering the subjects for new academic year, namely

1.  Copy Previous Year

If all the previous year’s subjects are offered for new academic year, you can copy the subjects offered from previous year to new academic year for all levels concurrently. To do it, please click on the link Curriculum Mgmt ~> Subject Offered ~> Copy Previous year for details.

2. Create and update Subject Offered by level

If your school offers new level eg Form Six or new subject(s) for the current level, you can use Create and Update option to offer the subjects level by level manually.  To do it, please click on the link Curriculum Mgmt ~> Subjects Offered ~> Create & Update for details.

To speed up the subject offered process, we would recommend school user to copy all the subject offered from previous year to new academic year first and thereafter offer the new subject(s) manually.
