How to verify updated staff personal record by School Admin?
Staffs are allowed to access to their personal records only and update their information whenever required. School may opt to or not to verify the updated records by staff personally through a verification procedure. If School opts to have a verification procedure in place, the staff record verification feature must be enable via SMS Basic – General Setting.
Please take note that before approving the updated staff record by School Admin, Staff Profile Enquiry will still display the last updated staff record. Only upon approval, the staff profile will be updated accordingly and the last update date shall be saved as the date for which the staff submitted the changes.
Followings are the illustrated example on how to verify staff personal data that has been updated by staff personally.
Step 1: To enable the staff verification feature under General Setting

Step 2: To verify Updated Staff Personal Record by School Admin
To verify the personal data that have been updated by particular staff, please click on the link Staff Mgmt ~> Personal Record ~> Verify.
