How to perform Room Booking by staff?
Teachers are allowed to perform room booking online that will maximize the usage of available resources within the school by increasing efficiency while eliminating double bookings. All room bookings shall be submitted for approval by School Administrator and an approved booking is no longer allowed to be re-scheduled.
Please follow the steps guided below on how to use Room Booking function as one of the features provided under Facilities Management function.
Step 1 – Create Block/Room Description
To create Block/Room Description, please click on the link School Management ~> Facilities Management ~> Block/Room Description ~> Create.
Step 2: Room booking
For School Admin, please click on the link School Management ~> Facilities Management ~> Room Booking ~> Create.
For normal staff, please click on the link Facilities Management ~> Room Booking~> Create.
Step 3: Room Booking Approval
To approve/reject room booking, please click on the link School Management ~> Facilities Management ~> Room Booking ~> Approval.
Step 4 – Room Management
School Admin is able view number of requests for Room as well as Vehicle are pending for approved as well as with approved status. To view the requests, please click on the link School Management ~> Facilities Management ~> Room/Vehicle Management.
