How to create health records for students?

Student Medical Records function allows user to record students’ general health information, allergy as well as immunization records into the system. The entered information can be inquired via Student Profile under “Health Notes” tab.

Please follow the steps guided below on how to create health records for students.

Step 1- To create different types of Immunizations and Allergy

A) Types of Immunizations

Immunizations are categorized into Typical Vaccines and Tuberculosis Vaccines. There are pre-created vaccine descriptions and users are allowed to add or delete whenever required. To create new Immunizations, please click on the link School Management –> Student Parameter ~> Health Records ~> Immunizations ~> Typical Vaccines/ Tuberculosis Vaccines ~> Create.

Step 2- To create Student Medical Records

User is allowed to create 3 types of student medical records namely:

A) General Health Information
B) Immunizations records
C) Allergy records

A) To create Student General Health information
To create the General Health for students, please click on the link Student Management ~> Student Health Record ~> General Health ~> Create.

B) To create Immunization Records
To create the Immunization records for students, please click on the link Student Management ~> Student Health Record ~> Immunization ~> Create.

C) To create Allergy Records
To create the allergy records for students, please click on the link Student Management ~> Student Health Record ~> Allergy ~> Create.

Step 3 – To inquire Student Health Record

All student medical records can be inquired via Student Information Enquiry under “Health Notes”.

Step 4- To print Student Health Records

User is allowed to print 3 types of student medical records namely:

A) General Health Information
B) Immunizations records

A) Print General Health Information
To print General Health records for a student, please click on the link Enquiry ~> Student Health Records ~> General Health.

B) Print Immunization Records
To print immunization records for a student, please click on the link Enquiry ~> Student Health Records ~> Immunization.
