Internet Explorer closed immediately when access iSchool SMS website

SYMPTOMS
Internet Explorer closed immediately when you access iSchool SMS website. And a hs_err_pidxxxx.log(xxxx is random number) file was created on the user desktop.

CAUSE
This problem may occur if jvm.dll  reported error.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, please uninstall all the previous version of Java currently installed on the computer. Download and install the latest version available at http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp. For more information on how to install Java, refer here
