1. Final Marks
Sum of ((Single Subject Period No.) x (Single Subject Mark))

2. Total SGP
(Sum of the *Subject Grade Point)

*SGP defined “Yes” or “No” from the grading system.

*SGP Marks record on the various grade earn

3. Average SGP
(Total for Subjects Grade Point earn)/Number of the subject taken

4. Average Mark
(Average of the Total Subjects Mark)/Number of subject taken

For school that apply periods for subject, please use:
((Sum of (Single Subject Period No.) x (Single Subject Mark))) / (Total Period)

5. Final Average
(Average Mark) + Co – Curriculum Bonus Marks

6. Overall Class Average
(Sum of Average Marks for Student earn in the class)/Number of students in the class.

7. Overall Level Average
(Sum of Average Marks for Students earn within the level)/Number of students in the level.

8. Final OCA
(Sum of Final Average marks earn in the class )/Number of Students in the class.

9. Final OLA
(Sum of Final Average marks within the level )/Number of Students in the level.

10. Total GP (Normal Exam)
(Sum of the subjects’ GP*)

*GP for a subject = SGP x Credit Earn*
*Credit Earn here shall be the Subject’s Tot. Period/Credit Hour as defined at Subject Offered option.

11. Grade Point Average
(Total Grade Point for subjects obtained PASS)/Total Period

12. Total credit earned
(Sum of credit earn of the pass subjects)

13. Average

(Sum of the Subject Marks/Number of subject Taken)

14. Final Exam (Combine Exam)

i) How to get credit for final exam?
Total of Credit Earn (Total credit earn of the pass subject on normal exam).

For example:
Biologi subject get 2 credit from STPM FIRST TRIAL 2012 (1Credit) and STPM SECOND TRIAL,2012 (1 credit).

ii) How to get Total Grade point for final exam?
Subject SGP (Final exam) X Credit Earn (Final)
