How to peform enquiry of my school exam for GPK Analysis?

This issue is reported on the Exam Enquiry Average Grade Analysis on Gred Purata Keseluruhan (GPK), when incomplete grading description display after the setup of “use SGP” is setting to “NO”. Therefore all the subject analysis percentage will display with 0.

School need not to re-run class ranking process if school only need the analysis percentage (i.e. how many % of student obtain pass or fail). But SGP value will still show 0 unless re-run class ranking process with proper grading SGP setup under grading description.
