How to compute the marks for each co curricular unit?

No, the submission to compute marks is not for each co curricular unit, it is based on the overall submission of co-curricular units offered in school. System will prompt error message “Marks Submission Not yet Completed” while performing assessment grading if the marks input submission is not completed for all co-curricular units.

FYI, marks input can be submitted by co curricular unit eg school choir only. Once it is submitted, the school user is no longer allowed to add / update the record to the submitted co-curricular unit. For subsequent amendment, user is required to reset the submission for that particular unit only. To reset the submission, please go to menubar link on Assessment ~ > Mark Input Confirmation ~ > Reset Submission. Only the co-curriculum administrator is allowed to reset the submission flag.
