How to assign position held by an acitivity committee?

Before assigning position held by students for an activity committee, teacher in charge must ensure that the activity and its organization structure to manage the activity has been created in the system.

When the activity and its organization structure exists, the teacher in charge can proceed with the student activity assignment either by student or by class or even copy the committee from previous year. If the committee is copied from previous year, the teacher in charge may require update the list either by individual student or by class.
