How to schedule the co-curriculum activites?

Activities shall be scheduled by time, date and month for which the planned activities are going to be held. As this  planned schedule will affect the attendance taking, user must specify clearly for which session of students to attend. System will calculate the total number of meetings that the students must attend for an activity.
