Can I input student performance remarks manually?

User is allowed to input student’s performance remarks manually by administrator or teacher in-charge to input performance remarks to multiple students on the same class.
System allows user manually types the remark on the listing but the user also can copy the remark that has pre-defined under the remark listing.
To input by using Administrator role click on menu bar Assessment~>Performance Remarks~>By Administrator.

To input by using Teacher In Charge role click on menu bar Assessment~>Performance Remarks~>By Teacher In Charge Role.
