Why I not allow to input marks for a subject?

The problem is due to do not select the Subject Input (Marks (100%), Marks (WT), Grade) at the subject offered function. The teacher need to go to SMS Basic Module -> Curriculum Mgmt -> Subject Offered and select the particular form which has affected and select the correct subject input value.
