How to copy activities participated by students to new academic year?

School user has to use Student’s Activity Roll Over option to copy the student’s activities participated from previous year to current year eg Form 1 to Form 2. Any changes of activities participated after rollover, eg new activity participated or new position held, user is required to update the activity records either by student or by class option.

It is important to take note that for those newly intake students with no record created in previous year (eg transition students or Form 1 students), user must create the activity records either by student or by class.
