For those students who have not returned library books, can I process closing year activities eg to process student leaving or transfer?

System will prompt warning message when there is outstanding library books borrowed by students while processing student leaving or transfer. SMS user is allowed to bypass the warning message and continue to process student leaving or transfer. If it is the School Policy to allow the school leavers to use school library, SMS user can ignore the warning message and continue to process student leaving or transfer as closing year activities.

On the other hand, if the school leavers are no longer allowed to use the school library, SMS user has to ensure that all library books borrowed by the students must be returned.

Followings are the illustrated example on how to return books borrowed by the student and thereafter close the library user account.
