Do I need to terminate library membership account first before moving to new academic year?

It is not necessarily to terminate library membership accounts for those students who are confirmed leaving or transferred before moving to new academic year. If it is the School Policy to allow the school leavers to use school library, the library membership accounts need not be terminated.

On the other hand, if the school leavers are no longer allowed to use the school library, the library membership accounts have to be terminated. This activity is best to be carried out before moving to new academic year.
