SMS Release Version 4.1 build 309 – 20th Nov 2014

Enhancement:

1. Basic Module: We’d enhance the feature as following:
i) On Principal Workplace, student absent and late listing page is sort by class then by name.
ii) School Mgmt ~> Facilities Management ~> Room Booking ~> Edit / Delete
Allow basic admin to edit and delete approved booking detail in facility management.

iii) Student Mgmt -> Testimonial / Leaving Cert -> Preview Template & Printing (Leaving cert. Format 7)
Enlarge school logo, city, state and country display language depend on login language.

iv) Timetable Mgmt -> Parameter Setup -> Block Template -> Create / Edit
Timetable template start time add 1 second by default to avoid time crash when re-enrol subject.

v) Timetable Mgmt ~> Student-Subject Enrollment ~> By Subject
Filtering by class of timetable subject enrollment.

2.Library Module: We’d enhance the feature as following:

i) Circulation ~> Circulation
Display as medium size of member photo on screen.

ii) Enquiry ~> Member Fees-> Outstanding
Add new feature to list out member outstanding fees.

iii) Library ~ > Enquiry ~ > Payment received / Collected by
Add printing option for payment reived.

3. Co-curriculum Assessment Module: We’d enhance the feature as following:
i)Form & Report~> Co-curriculum Certificate~> Printing (Format 3)
Add principal signature to coco cert format 3.

ii) Enquiry -> Student Activity Attendance -> Attendance Statistic
Add in cocurriculum type for filtering and excel export function.

iii) General Parameter ~> Student Activity ~> Position ~> Create /Edit
Activity Position as compulsory field, to avoid user update blank as valid data.

4. Student Fees Module: We’d enhance the feature as following:
i) Parameter Setup -> Fee Setup & Amount -> Delete
Add a control to prevent user to delete fee if invoice existing.

ii) Student Fee ~ > Enquiry ~ > Daily Collection Reports
Open to all user to view not only for collector.

iii)Invoice Mgmt ~>Invoicing ->  Print Invoice-> By Class
Student invoice printing by class, payment deduction show on receipt.

5.Student Enrollment Module: We’d enhance the feature as following:
Student Enrolmment ~> De-Enrol
Remove de-enroll student in Student Enrollment Module, to avoid delete student profile in basic module.
