SMS Release Version 4.1 build 306 – 06th Febuary 2014

Enhancement:

1. Co-curriculum Assessment: We’d enhance the feature as following:

i) Form & Report~> Co-curriculum Certificate~> Printing (Format 4)
Hide row in coco cert format 4 if student’s GPA,CGPA and total marks show 0.00

ii) Co-Co Assessment –> Enquiry –> Student Final Grade (GPA &CGPA) Analysis
Coco Module: Add class for GPA/CGPA analysis when no class selected as criteria.

2. Basic Module: We’d enhance the feature as following:

i) School Mgmt ~> Document Sharing ~> Upload
 Basic Module: Change title and description max length from 200 to 300 characters and title searching including title and description content.

ii). Student Mgmt -> Testimonial/Leaving Cert -> Preview Tempalate & Printing

Basic Module: Label position amendment for testimonial format 7:
Label position for 3,4,5,6 move same rows as 1st language, removed wording on Principal’s signature. Date and signature line move upward to make enough space for principal’s stamp.

3. E-attendance: We’d enhance the feature as following:

i) Enquiry -> Transactions by Terminal or Access Card
Add new function to show attendance records by terminal or access card.
