How to create student activity records?
All students are required to keep a book recording his / her co-curriculum activities participated for the whole of his / her schooling years. These records shall be automatically retrieved for printing in student leaving certificate and testimonial.
To ease the creation of student activity, there are 4 ways to create student activities.
1. Student’s Activity Roll Over
This option is to copy the student’s activities participated from previous year to current year (eg Form 1 to Form 2). Any changes of activities participated after rollover, eg new activity participated or new position held, user is required to update the activity records either by student or by class option. User needs to take note that those newly intake students with no record created in previous year (eg transition students or Form 1 students), user needs to create the records either by student or by class.
You is allowed to create activity records by individual student and that includes activity name, position held, the effective date.
You is able to create activity records for students who are participating same activity type (eg Uniform Group) with same effective date for a class. Besides, the position held by students can be created concurrently
