How to notify School Administrator(s) on Root Blog Admin ID and Password?

For those customers who have signed up Google Apps Admin Module, a standard notification letter in PDF format will be generated  and forwarded to appointed School Administrator(s). This PDF file contains Root Blog Admin ID and password details.

However, for those customers who do not sign up Google Apps Admin Module, the appointed School Administrator(s) shall be notified via email. If the customers already had Google domain, the email notification shall exlude password details. Whereas, for those schools without Google domain, the email notification will contain both Root Blog Admin ID and password details.
