When will iSchool ASP Portal not be available?

Answer:

The iSchool ASP Portal hosted as an ASP model running on a data center, parents can access the portal from any computer with Internet capability. This service shall be available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

However, in certain circumstances, this service may be down especially when internet line down, network down or the server is temporarily down for routine maintance. If you are  are not able to access to the Portal, please email to support@sekolah.edu.my for assistance.

Apart from that, the parents will not be able to access Portal when the School had discontinued the service. Your assigned Google Apps account is no longer valid and please approach School Administrator for assistance.
