School 2.0
Web 2.0 is the term used to describe a second generation of the World Wide Web that allows people to collaborate and share information online more easily. Web 2.0 refers to the transition from static HTML web pages to a more dynamic web that is more organized and is based on serving web applications to users.
In our School 2.0, we are building online communities and social network systems using Web 2.0 technologies, with blogs, wikis, online social networking, and podcasting.
With the wide adaptability of Web 2.0 components, and the many available modular design of Open Source system, we further integrate these Web 2.0 components, to make it even easier for the school users to learn and use.
Many of the editing tools for contents had been added, and school users don’t have to do anything special to get them working properly.
